Ingredients
- Huang Qi, Ren Shen, Bai Zhu, Zhi Gan Cao (Spleen qi)
- Dang Gui, Long Yan Rou (blood)
- Suan Zao Ren, Yuan Zhi, Fu Shen (spirit); Mu Xiang; Sheng Jiang, Da Zao

Indications
Heart-Spleen deficiency: palpitations, anxiety, insomnia, poor memory, fatigue, poor appetite, and chronic bleeding such as heavy or prolonged menstruation.
Tongue & Pulse
Tongue: pale with a thin white coat. Pulse: thin and weak.
Modifications
Add Chai Hu and Zhi Zi (Jia Wei Gui Pi Tang) when there is constraint with heat.
Cautions & Contraindications
Cloying; use with care in much damp or phlegm.
