Exterior wind-cold with yang deficiency: chills (which predominate) and mild fever, no sweating, fatigue, a pale complexion, cold limbs, and a faint pulse.

Tongue: pale with a white coat. Pulse: deep, weak or faint.

Adjust the warming herbs to the degree of yang deficiency.
