Indications
Skin oedema with qi stagnation and damp: generalised puffy swelling, a heavy sensation, abdominal distension, difficult urination, and shortness of breath; also oedema of pregnancy.

Tongue: white greasy coat. Pulse: deep and moderate.
Modifications
Combine with Wu Ling San for more pronounced water accumulation.
