Indications

Headache from external wind: headache in any region, possibly with chills, fever, dizziness and nasal congestion.

Tongue & Pulse

Tongue: thin white coat. Pulse: floating.

Modifications

Choose the lead herb by region (e.g. Bai Zhi for frontal, Qiang Huo for occipital).

Cautions & Contraindications

For wind headache; not for headache from blood deficiency, Liver yang or interior patterns.
