Indications
Wind-cold with frontal headache and nasal congestion; sinusitis and rhinitis; supraorbital pain and toothache; vaginal discharge; and early-stage sores and abscesses.
Dosage
3-9 g in decoction.
Common Combinations
With Cang Er Zi and Xin Yi Hua for nasal congestion and sinusitis.
Cautions & Contraindications
Drying; avoid in yin deficiency with heat and in sores that have ulcerated.
