Indications
Blood stasis of the head and face: chronic headache or dizziness of fixed location, hair loss, dark facial complexion, tinnitus or deafness, and some childhood stasis disorders.
Tongue & Pulse
Tongue: dark or purplish. Pulse: wiry and choppy.
Modifications
Use a sustainable substitute for musk (She Xiang).
Cautions & Contraindications
Contraindicated in pregnancy; for head/face stasis patterns.
