Ingredients

Indications

Heart and Kidney yin and blood deficiency: chronic insomnia, palpitations, anxiety, poor memory and concentration, night sweats, mouth ulcers, and constipation.

Tongue & Pulse

Tongue: red with little coat. Pulse: thin and rapid.

Modifications

With marked palpitations, add Long Gu and Mu Li.

Cautions & Contraindications

Cloying; use with caution in Spleen deficiency with poor appetite and loose stools.
