Stabilise the Root and Stop Excessive Bleeding Decoction

Fu Qing Zhu Nu Ke, 1827

• Ren Shen, Huang Qi, Bai Zhu (tonify qi) ; Shu Di, Dang Gui (nourish blood)
• Pao Jiang (warm/stop bleeding)

• Tonifies the qi and blood
• Warms the Spleen and stops excessive uterine bleeding

Qi and blood deficiency with cold: sudden heavy uterine bleeding or chronic flooding and trickling, with pale watery blood, a wan complexion, dizziness, and cold limbs.

Tongue: pale. Pulse: thin, weak or faint.

Once bleeding settles, follow with qi-and-blood tonics.

For deficiency-cold bleeding; not for bleeding from blood heat or stasis.
