Indications

Lily disorder (Heart-Lung yin deficiency): a vague, restless unease – wanting to eat but unable, wanting to lie down but unable to rest, low mood, a bitter taste, dark urine, and a feeling of heat, often lingering after a febrile illness.

Tongue & Pulse

Tongue: red. Pulse: thin and rapid.

Modifications

Combine with other yin tonics or spirit-calming herbs as needed.

Cautions & Contraindications

For yin-deficiency restlessness; not for excess heat or phlegm-heat agitation.
