Indications
Spleen-Stomach deficiency with damp: fatigue and heavy limbs, poor appetite, loose stools, a stifling chest, and aching joints, worse in damp weather.
Tongue & Pulse
Tongue: pale with a greasy coat. Pulse: weak or soggy.
Modifications
Adjust the wind/damp-dispelling herbs to the degree of damp.
Cautions & Contraindications
For Spleen deficiency with damp and sinking yang; not for yin deficiency or heat.
