• Sang Ye & Ju Hua – chief
• Bo He, Jie Geng, Xing Ren, Lian Qiao, Lu Gen, Gan Cao

• Disperses wind-heat
• Diffuses Lung qi and stops cough

Early wind-heat with cough, slight fever and thirst.

Tongue: red tip, thin white coat. Pulse: floating and rapid.

With more heat, add Huang Qin; with thick phlegm, add Gua Lou and Bei Mu.

For mild, early wind-heat with cough; not for wind-cold.
