Indications

Spleen-Stomach qi deficiency with damp and qi stagnation: epigastric and abdominal distension and pain, belching, nausea, poor appetite, and loose stools.

Tongue & Pulse

Tongue: pale with a white greasy coat. Pulse: weak.

Modifications

A workhorse for weak digestion with bloating.

Cautions & Contraindications

For Spleen deficiency with qi stagnation; not for yin deficiency or heat.
