Indications

Exterior wind-cold with phlegm and qi deficiency: chills and fever, a stifling chest, cough with copious phlegm, fatigue, and a weak constitution.

Tongue & Pulse

Tongue: white coat. Pulse: floating and weak.

Modifications

For pregnancy-related colds with nausea it can be adapted.

Cautions & Contraindications

For wind-cold with qi deficiency and phlegm; not for wind-heat or dryness.
