Indications
Wind-cold-damp painful obstruction: aching, heavy, painful shoulders, arms, neck and back with stiffness and difficulty moving, worse with cold and damp.
Tongue & Pulse
Tongue: white coat. Pulse: wiry or soggy.
Modifications
With marked cold, add warming herbs; with heat, adapt.
