Ingredients

Indications

Blood stasis below the diaphragm: fixed masses and pain in the upper abdomen, hypochondriac pain, and abdominal distension.

Tongue & Pulse

Tongue: dark or purplish. Pulse: wiry and choppy.

Modifications

One of Wang Qing-Ren’s regional stasis formulas; choose by the location of stasis.

Cautions & Contraindications

Contraindicated in pregnancy; for stasis with relative strength.
