Indications
Skin oedema with yang deficiency: puffy swelling of the limbs with a sensation of fullness and twitching of the muscles, worse in the four limbs.
Tongue & Pulse
Tongue: pale with a white coat. Pulse: floating or deep.
Modifications
Use Han Fang Ji only; never Aristolochia.
Cautions & Contraindications
For yang-deficiency skin oedema; not for damp-heat oedema.
