Indications
Blood and yin deficiency stirring wind: tremor, twitching or spasm of the limbs, muscle cramps, dizziness, and palpitations, often after a febrile illness or blood loss.
Tongue & Pulse
Tongue: red with little coat. Pulse: thin and rapid (or wiry and thin).
Modifications
For more severe yin depletion, combine with Da Ding Feng Zhu.
Cautions & Contraindications
For deficiency (empty) wind; not for excess wind from Liver yang or phlegm.
