Qihu (ST-13), “Qi Door”, below the clavicle, descends rebellious Lung qi and unbinds the chest.
Location
On the chest, at the inferior border of the clavicle, 4 cun lateral to the anterior midline.
Anatomy
On pectoralis major, below the clavicle; the thoraco-acromial artery and the subclavian vein; the supraclavicular nerve and the anterior thoracic nerve.

Indications
Cough, asthma, hiccup, and fullness and pain of the chest.
Needling
0.3-0.5 cun, oblique or transverse insertion.
Moxibustion Suitability
Moxibustion may be used.
