In the centre of the supraclavicular fossa, 4 cun lateral to the anterior midline.

In the supraclavicular fossa; the transverse cervical artery; the supraclavicular nerve and, deep, the brachial plexus.

Indications
Cough and asthma, sore throat, pain of the supraclavicular fossa, scrofula and goitre.
Needling
0.3-0.5 cun, perpendicular insertion; do not needle deeply.
Moxibustion Suitability
Moxibustion may be used.

With LU-1 for cough and asthma.
