This is the Ying-Spring and Water point of the Triple Burner channel. It clears heat and benefits the ears, throat and eyes.
Location
On the dorsum of the hand, in the web margin between the fourth and fifth fingers, at the border of the red and white skin, proximal to the margin of the web.
Anatomy
Between the fourth and fifth metacarpophalangeal joints; the dorsal digital artery; the dorsal branch of the ulnar nerve.

Indications
Headache, red and painful eyes, tinnitus and deafness, sore throat, febrile disease, and pain of the hand and arm.
Needling
0.3-0.5 cun, perpendicular or oblique insertion.

Suitable for moxibustion.

With SJ-3 and SJ-17 for ear disorders.
