Location

On the head, 0.5 cun within the anterior hairline, directly above the pupil, midway between DU-24 and ST-8.

Anatomy

On the frontalis; the frontal artery and vein; the medial branch of the frontal nerve.

Indications

Headache, dizziness, red and watery eyes, nasal congestion, and childhood convulsions.

Needling

0.3-0.5 cun, transverse insertion.
