Indications

Stomach yin deficiency: a dry mouth and throat, hunger with little appetite, a burning or empty epigastric discomfort, dry stools, and a red, dry tongue.

Tongue & Pulse

Tongue: red and dry with little coat. Pulse: thin and rapid.

Cautions & Contraindications

For Stomach yin deficiency; not for Spleen yang deficiency or damp.
