Indications

Exterior wind-damp: a heavy, painful head as if ‘wrapped’, a stiff aching neck, shoulders and back, and general heaviness, worse in damp weather.

Tongue & Pulse

Tongue: white greasy coat. Pulse: floating.

Modifications

With marked cold, add warming herbs.

Cautions & Contraindications

For exterior wind-damp; drying, so use with caution in yin/blood deficiency.
