Indications

Wind-cold attacking the Lung with phlegm: cough and wheezing with copious sputum, a stifling chest, nasal congestion, and chills and fever.

Tongue & Pulse

Tongue: thin white coat. Pulse: floating and slippery.

Modifications

For Lung heat use a cooling diffusing formula instead.

Cautions & Contraindications

For wind-cold with phlegm; not for Lung heat or dry cough. Contains Ma Huang.
