Indications

Liver-Kidney yin deficiency affecting the eyes: dry, sore or gritty eyes, blurred or weak vision, photophobia, dizziness and headache.

Tongue & Pulse

Tongue: red with little coat. Pulse: thin and rapid (or weak).

Modifications

With marked deficiency fire, combine with Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan.

Cautions & Contraindications

Cloying; use with caution in Spleen deficiency with loose stools.
