Indications

Blood deficiency with cold in the channels: cold and pale hands and feet, cold painful extremities, and cold-type menstrual pain, joint pain or Raynaud’s-type symptoms.

Tongue & Pulse

Tongue: pale with a white coat. Pulse: deep, thin and faint.

Modifications

With deeper internal cold, add Wu Zhu Yu and Sheng Jiang.

Cautions & Contraindications

For cold in the channels with blood deficiency; not for true yang collapse. Use Chuan Mu Tong only.
