Location
Below the tip of the coccyx, midway between the tip of the coccyx and the anus, located with the patient prone or in knee-chest position.
Anatomy
Between the tip of the coccyx and the anus; the inferior rectal artery; the coccygeal nerve and the inferior rectal nerve.

Indications
Haemorrhoids, rectal prolapse, constipation and diarrhoea, anal pain and bleeding, and epilepsy and mania.
Needling
0.5-1.0 cun, inserted obliquely upward close to the front of the coccyx (not into the rectum).
Moxibustion Suitability
Suitable for moxibustion.
Point Combinations
With DU-20 and BL-57 for haemorrhoids and prolapse.
