On the sacrum, in the sacral hiatus.

At the sacral hiatus; the median sacral artery; the coccygeal nerve.

Indications

Lower back and sacral pain and stiffness, irregular menstruation, haemorrhoids, and weakness or paralysis of the lower limbs.

Needling

0.5-1.0 cun, oblique insertion upward.

Moxibustion Suitability

Suitable for moxibustion.

Point Combinations

With DU-3 and BL-23 for lower back disorders.
