On the dorsum of the foot, between the fourth and fifth metatarsal bones, medial to the tendon of extensor digiti minimi (proximal to the web).

Between the fourth and fifth metatarsals; the dorsal metatarsal artery; the intermediate dorsal cutaneous nerve.

Indications
Red and painful eyes, tinnitus, breast distension and mastitis, and pain and swelling of the dorsum of the foot.
Needling
0.3-0.5 cun, perpendicular or oblique insertion.
