Ku Lian Pi (苦楝皮), the bark of Melia, kills intestinal parasites (roundworm, hookworm, pinworm) and, applied externally, treats damp, itchy skin conditions such as scabies and tinea.

Indications

Cautions & Contraindications

Toxic - do not exceed the dose or use long-term; contraindicated in pregnancy and in liver disease and weak patients.
