• Fang Ji, Xing Ren, Hua Shi, Yi Yi Ren (clear/drain damp-heat)
• Lian Qiao, Zhi Zi, Ban Xia, Can Sha, Chi Xiao Dou

• Clears damp-heat and unblocks the channels and collaterals
• Relieves painful obstruction

Damp-heat painful obstruction: hot, red, swollen and painful joints, a heavy sensation, fever, and limited movement.

Tongue: greasy yellow coat. Pulse: soggy and rapid.

With marked heat, add more heat-clearing herbs.

For damp-heat bi; not for wind-cold-damp bi or deficiency.
