This is the Shu-Stream and Wood point of the Stomach channel. It harmonises the Stomach, resolves oedema and damp and benefits the foot.
Location
On the dorsum of the foot, in the depression proximal to the junction of the second and third metatarsal bones.
Anatomy
Between the second and third metatarsals, on the interosseous muscle; the dorsal metatarsal artery; the medial dorsal cutaneous nerve of the foot.

Indications
Facial and generalised oedema, abdominal pain and distension, borborygmus, and pain and swelling of the dorsum of the foot.
Needling
0.3-0.5 cun, perpendicular insertion.
Moxibustion Suitability
Suitable for moxibustion.
Point Combinations
With ST-36 and SP-9 for oedema.
