This is the Xi-Cleft point of the Triple Burner channel, used for acute conditions, ear disorders and pain along the channel.
Location
On the dorsal aspect of the forearm, 3 cun proximal to the dorsal wrist crease, on the ulnar side of SJ-6, on the radial border of the ulna.
Anatomy
On the radial border of the ulna, between the extensor muscles; the posterior interosseous artery; the posterior antebrachial cutaneous nerve and the posterior interosseous nerve.

Indications
Deafness, pain of the arm, epilepsy, and skin pain.
Needling
0.5-1.0 cun, perpendicular insertion.
