This point, above the scapular spine, activates the channel and relieves pain and motor impairment of the shoulder and scapula.
Location
On the scapula, in the centre of the suprascapular fossa, directly superior to SI-11, in the depression formed when the arm is raised.
Anatomy
In the trapezius and supraspinatus; the suprascapular artery; the lateral supraclavicular, accessory and suprascapular nerves.
