This is the Jing-Well and Wood point of the Liver channel. It regulates the lower burner, benefits the genitals and is a principal point for hernia and uterine prolapse.
Location
On the dorsum of the great toe, on the lateral side, approximately 0.1 cun proximal to the corner of the nail.
Anatomy
The nail bed of the great toe; the dorsal digital artery; the dorsal digital nerve from the deep peroneal nerve.

Indications
Hernia, genital pain and swelling, uterine prolapse, irregular and excessive uterine bleeding, enuresis and retention of urine, and epilepsy.
Needling
0.1-0.2 cun shallow insertion, or prick to bleed.
Moxibustion Suitability
Suitable for moxibustion, classically used for hernia and uterine prolapse.
Point Combinations
With REN-6 for hernia; with DU-20 for uterine prolapse.
