On the head, within the temporal hairline, at the upper quarter of the curved line connecting ST-8 and GB-7.
Anatomy
On the temporalis; the parietal branches of the superficial temporal artery; the temporal branch of the facial nerve and the auriculotemporal nerve.

Indications
Migraine, dizziness, tinnitus, pain at the outer canthus, and toothache.

0.3-0.5 cun, transverse insertion.
