Jinggu (BL-64), “Capital Bone”, is the Yuan-Source point of the Bladder channel. It dispels wind, clears the head, calms the spirit and relieves lower back and leg pain.
Location
On the lateral aspect of the foot, distal and inferior to the tuberosity of the fifth metatarsal bone, at the border of the red and white skin.
Anatomy
On the abductor digiti minimi; the lateral plantar artery; the lateral dorsal cutaneous nerve and the lateral plantar nerve.

Indications
Headache and stiff neck, dizziness, eye disorders, lower back and leg pain, and epilepsy.
Needling
0.3-0.5 cun, perpendicular insertion.

Suitable for moxibustion.

With BL-60 and BL-10 for headache and neck stiffness.
