Bladder 66 (BL 66) Zu Tong Gu 足通谷 — Foot Open Valley

Location

On the lateral aspect of the foot, in the depression distal to the fifth metatarsophalangeal joint, at the border of the red and white skin.

Anatomy

On the fifth toe; the plantar digital artery; the plantar digital nerve.

Indications

Headache and stiff neck, dizziness, nosebleed, and mania.

Needling

0.2-0.3 cun, perpendicular insertion.

Moxibustion Suitability

Suitable for moxibustion.
