Location

On the head, 1 cun within the anterior hairline, 1.5 cun lateral to the midline.

Anatomy

On the epicranial aponeurosis; the frontal artery and vein; the medial branch of the frontal nerve.

Indications

Headache and dizziness, blurred vision, and epilepsy and convulsions.

Needling

0.3-0.5 cun, transverse insertion.
