Location
On the posterior aspect of the upper arm, 3 cun inferior to SJ-14, on the posterior border of the deltoid muscle.
Anatomy
On the posterior border of the deltoid, over triceps; the median collateral artery and the posterior circumflex humeral artery; the posterior brachial cutaneous nerve and the radial nerve.

Indications
Goitre and scrofula, and pain of the shoulder and arm.
Needling
0.5-1.0 cun, perpendicular insertion.
