Location
On the medial aspect of the lower leg, 6 cun proximal to the prominence of the medial malleolus, posterior to the medial border of the tibia.
Anatomy
Posterior to the tibia, on flexor digitorum longus; the great saphenous vein and the posterior tibial vessels; the medial crural cutaneous nerve and the tibial nerve.

Indications
Abdominal distension and borborygmus, difficult urination and seminal emission, and heaviness and numbness of the leg.
Needling
0.5-1.0 cun, perpendicular insertion.
