Indications
Spleen deficiency with damp-heat: thick, yellow or yellow-white, foul-smelling vaginal discharge, with some itching, fatigue, and a heavy sensation.
Tongue & Pulse
Tongue: red with a yellow greasy coat. Pulse: soggy and rapid.
Modifications
With marked damp-heat, add herbs such as Ku Shen.
Cautions & Contraindications
For damp-heat discharge with Spleen deficiency; for pure Spleen-deficiency (white) discharge use Wan Dai Tang.
