Sibai (ST-2), “Four Whites”, below the eye, benefits the eyes and face and dispels wind.
Location
On the face, in the depression of the infraorbital foramen, directly below the pupil.
Anatomy
At the infraorbital foramen, in orbicularis oculi; the infraorbital artery and vein; the infraorbital nerve.
Actions & Functions

- Benefits the face and stops pain and twitching
Indications
Red and painful eyes, blurred vision, twitching of the eyelids, facial paralysis and twitching, and trigeminal neuralgia.
Needling
0.2-0.3 cun perpendicular, or 0.3-0.5 cun obliquely; do not needle into the foramen.
Moxibustion Suitability
Moxibustion is generally not used on the face.
Point Combinations
With ST-7 and LI-4 for facial paralysis and trigeminal neuralgia.
