Location

On the head, directly superior to GB-20, level with the upper border of the external occipital protuberance (level with DU-17).

Anatomy

On the occipitalis; the occipital artery and vein; the greater occipital nerve.

Indications

Headache and stiff neck, dizziness, palpitations and fright, and asthma.

Needling

0.3-0.5 cun, transverse insertion.
