On the head, on the midline, 1 cun posterior to the anterior hairline.
Anatomy
On the frontalis and epicranial aponeurosis; the frontal artery and vein; the branch of the frontal nerve.

Indications
Nasal congestion, rhinitis and sinusitis, nosebleed, frontal headache, red and painful eyes, and febrile disease.
Needling
0.3-0.5 cun, transverse insertion (often towards the nose).

Suitable for moxibustion.
Point Combinations
With LI-20 and LI-4 for nasal disorders; with Yintang for the forehead and nose.
