Indications

Irregular or scanty menstruation and amenorrhoea from blood deficiency and stasis; and numbness, weakness and painful obstruction of the limbs.

9-30 g in decoction.

Common Combinations

With Dang Gui and Chuan Xiong for blood-deficiency menstrual disorders with stasis.

Cautions & Contraindications

Generally well tolerated; use with care in pregnancy.
