Location
On the lateral aspect of the foot, distal and inferior to BL-60, in the depression on the lateral side of the calcaneus at the border of the red and white skin.
Anatomy
On the calcaneus; the lateral calcaneal artery; the lateral calcaneal branch of the sural nerve.

Indications
Heel and ankle pain, weakness and atrophy of the leg, and (classically) epilepsy.
Needling
0.3-0.5 cun, perpendicular insertion.
