Location
On the anterior lower leg, 9 cun inferior to ST-35 (1 cun below ST-38), one finger-breadth lateral to the anterior crest of the tibia.

On tibialis anterior; the anterior tibial artery and vein; the superficial and deep peroneal nerves.

Indications
