Location

On the lower abdomen, 2 cun inferior to the umbilicus, 2 cun lateral to the anterior midline.

Anatomy

On the rectus abdominis; the inferior epigastric artery; the eleventh and twelfth intercostal nerves.

Indications

Lower abdominal distension and pain, difficult urination, seminal emission and premature ejaculation, and hernia.

Needling

0.7-1.2 cun, perpendicular insertion.

With CV-4 and KI-3 for seminal emission and lower-burner deficiency.
