This is the Luo-Connecting point of the Heart channel, connecting with the Small Intestine. It calms the spirit, benefits the tongue and regulates Heart rhythm.
Location
On the palmar aspect of the forearm, 1 cun proximal to the wrist crease (HT-7), on the radial side of the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon.
Anatomy
Radial to flexor carpi ulnaris; the ulnar artery; the medial antebrachial cutaneous nerve and the ulnar nerve.

Indications
Palpitations, dizziness, sudden loss of voice, stiffness of the tongue, mental-emotional disorders, and wrist pain.
Needling
0.3-0.5 cun, perpendicular insertion.
Moxibustion Suitability
Suitable for moxibustion.
Point Combinations
With HT-7 and PC-6 for palpitations; with REN-23 for loss of voice and tongue stiffness.
